¡Hola a mis bailarines favoritos!
Estoy más que emocionado de compartir este año con ustedes y crear recuerdos mágicos. Entiendo que la vida ha sido dura últimamente y tiempos inciertos han viajado a través de nuestras vidas. Puedo asegurarte que no estás solo y estos tiempos difíciles solo nos hacen más fuertes. Ya eres más fuerte que ayer.
Espero con ansias nuestro viaje mejorando a nosotros mismos a través del vehículo de la danza. No solo es importante que se esfuerce al máximo por su calificación, sino más importante aún por su capacidad para superarse. ¡Nunca dejes que NADA te impida ser tu MEJOR YO POSIBLE! Imagina tu mejor yo y sé esa persona.
Debes mantenerte comprometido con tu mente, cuerpo y alma y dar amor donde se necesita. Nunca sabes cuándo alguien puede necesitar más tu amabilidad. Este espacio está creado para apoyarte a ti y a todos los que te rodean, aquí solo damos amor y no aceptamos nada más. ¡Nos apoyamos unos a otros, nos animamos y siempre nos esforzamos por alcanzar la excelencia! ¡Somos PUMA DANCERS y PUMA ORGULLOSOS!
Te animo a que resuelvas problemas constantemente durante este tiempo y nunca aceptes un no por respuesta. Esta clase está creada para que fortalezcas tu mente Y tu cuerpo, ganes confianza en ti mismo y tengas un lugar al que llamar hogar en el campus. Estoy aquí para crear un programa de baile INCREÍBLE para nuestra escuela, pero no puedo hacerlo solo. Debemos mantenernos unidos, trabajar duro y crear hermosos recuerdos de baile.
La comunicación es algo que atesoro en una relación. Es verdaderamente la clave del éxito en TODAS las relaciones. Si no sé lo que está pasando, asumiré que no está interesado en crear su mejor yo. POR FAVOR, siempre y para siempre, comuníquese conmigo cuando surja algo. Les aseguro que apoyaré y ayudaré a encontrar la mejor solución para la situación. Siempre estoy aqui para ti.
Hay excusas y hay resultados. La vida es el 10% de lo que te pasa, pero el otro 90% es cómo lo afrontas. El dolor es una debilidad que sale del cuerpo. Imagina tu mejor yo posible y sé esa persona. Mueva los hombros hacia arriba y hacia atrás, la barbilla hacia arriba, las orejas hacia atrás, los besos del ombligo en la columna vertebral y manténgase con ORGULLO avanzando. Inhala amor exhala odio.

Hello to my favorite dancers!
I am beyond excited to share this year with you and create magical memories. I understand life has been tough lately and uncertain times have traveled through our lives. I can assure you that you are not alone and these tough times only make us stronger. You are already stronger than yesterday.
I am looking forward to our journey bettering ourselves through the vehicle of dance. Not only is it important for you to give your best efforts for your grade, but most importantly for your ability to better yourself. Do not EVER let ANYTHING stop you from being your BEST POSSIBLE SELF! Imagine your best self and be that person.
You must stay committed to your mind, body and soul and give love where it is needed.You never know when someone may need your kindness the most. This space is created to support you and everyone around you.We only give love here and accept nothing else. We support one another, cheer each other on and always strive for excellence! We are PUMA DANCERS and we are PUMA PROUD!
I encourage you to constantly problem solve during this time and never take no for an answer. This class is created for you to strengthen your mind AND body, to gain self confidence and have a place to call home on campus. I am here to create an AMAZING dance program for our school but I cannot do it alone. We must stick together, work hard and create beautiful dancing memories.
Communication is something that I treasure in a relationship. It is truly the key to success in ALL relationships. If I do not know what is going on, I will assume you are not interested in creating your best self. PLEASE, always and forever, communicate with me when anything comes up. I assure you that I will support and help find the best solution for the situation. I am always here for you.
There are excuses and there are results. Life is 10% of what happens to you but the other 90% is how you deal with it. Pain is a weakness leaving the body. Imagine your best possible self and be that person. Roll your shoulders up and back, chin up, ears back, belly button kisses to your spine and hold yourself with PRIDE moving forward. Dress Code:
The students will be required to wear:

A plain, all black t shirt for school time wear. There will be a required Paredes dance shirt for performances, shirt is 10$. More information will come soon.

ALL black dance leggings (at least capri length, but preferably ankle length)

black jazz shoes. Slip on jazz shoes are preferred, but tie on jazz shoes will also be accepted.

Hair must be secured back, off of neck and no bangs
-
NO jewelry allowed, only small earring studs
***Be careful what leggings or capris you buy. Some are too thin and the student’s underwear will show through. Shirts must cover the entire upper body and shoulders! No midriff, spaghetti straps, tube tops, etc. Suggested retailers for needed items: Academy, Walmart, Brightlights Dance (off Slaughter), DiscountDanceSupply.com, Amazon.com and other online stores, Target. The purchase of the dance attire is MANDATORY to be in dance class.
